Mark Vander Vennen M.A., M.Ed., R.S.W.,
Executive Director Mark has 15 years of
experience dealing with individuals, couples, families and groups, with a
special focus on adolescents, couple work, post-traumatic stress, abuse
recovery, and male issues. Mark is happy to consult with churches, schools

Jennifer provides individual,
marriage and family counselling for people
experiencing emotional or relational difficulties. She works with both
victims and perpetrators of abuse.
Betty Brouwer, B.C.S., D.T.A.T.I.,
Child and Family Therapist Betty has a rich
background of working with children, adolescents, and families. She is a
Registered Canadian Art Therapist. Betty can provide specialized clinical services to children, youth and their caregivers who are dealing with attachment/trauma difficulties. June Zwier, B.A., M.Div., Marriage & Family Therapist/Program Developer June provides B.A., Grad. Dipl., Art Therapist Prior to her work at Salem, Michelle has provided her therapeutic services in hospital and elementary school settings. She has a B.A. from Calvin College, a graduate diploma (Master's equivalent) from the Toronto Art Therapy Institute, and is a professional member of the Canadian Art Therapy Association. Michelle is available on Mondays for art therapy with children, youth, and adults at Salem's Hamilton office . |
