Professional Experiences:

I have 14 years of experience as a social worker and therapist. I work with individuals and couples as well as children, adolescents and their families.

Mission Statement:

In working with clients, I utilize several different approaches that include: solution-focused and strengths based techniques, narrative therapy techniques, cognitive behavioural therapy, family-systems theory and play therapy techniques. I continue to enhance my clinical skills by taking relevant professional training courses.

I enjoy this work very much. I believe that it gives me the special privilege of meeting with people at significant times in their lives. Changes often come from seeing problems in a new way and re-discovering abilities and strengths.
