Mission Statement:

My major philosophical orientation can be called phenomenological. Basically that means that I respect people’s own way of describing themselves and their experiences of their world without trying to change it to fit into any existing category. I regard myself as a partner in finding new perspectives, viewpoints and solutions rather than a creator or provider of those new insights/handling strategies.

I am also eclectic, meaning that I can use different approaches and match available approaches with a particular person or problem when necessary.

I am a confessing Christian and my faith can be summarized in the words of the Apostles creed. I am not trying to impose my views on people and I also see it as my Christian duty to render non prejudiced professional services to people of other religions. However, I like working from a Christian perspective and I feel comfortable with allowing people to explore and use their religious beliefs as a primary resource for inner peace/harmony/healing, growth and reconciliation.
