Mission Statement:
Empower my clients to resolve their life issues and achieve well being. My goal is for each of my clients to experience their life in a new way, for example, healthy relationships, self-care, discovering the truths about who the person is, and personal wellbeing.

I believe that God is at the center of all things. It is honouring to God when we take responsibility for our own lives, i.e. our thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Through the counseling experience one will be able to experience this God-honouring action. Sometimes we forget, or things get in the way of seeing the truths about who we are as God's creations. I feel that it is my job to help my clients re-discover these truths of who they are.
