Mission Statement:
As a therapist I provide client focused/client directed therapy. I expect that clients will fully participate in the process required to bring about the changes that they are seeking for themselves. I will offer the input and encouragement that assists this process.
When therapy is not required but people want their lives to work better, the HeartMath System of life and stress management would be an excellent choice. It gives clients the tools to direct their lives and counter act the effects of stress by changing their actions and reactions at the physiological level. HeartMath is taught using the coaching model.
