Type of Service: Emergency shelter, residential addictions treatment, mental health services to those in shelter, community after hours emergency food bank, outreach service to people living on the street and unique shelter services for people who are non-compliant in a traditional shelter.

Fee Structure: None of these services are fee-for-service.

List of Services: Men’s Mission and Rehabilitation Centre, Rotholme Women’s and Family Shelter and Quintin Warner House, as well as:

  • The Mission Store (300 William Street, London, ON, N6B 3C4; TelePhone: (519) 438-3056): 54 agencies refer clients for clothing and basic household items on a voucher system as well as used items being sold to the public at affordable prices
  • Community Mental Health Programs (offices located at the Men’s Mission):
    • 8-beds Crash Beds Program (5 for men & 3 for women) for persons who are unable to cope in a conventional shelter
    • Streetscape - an outreach program for people who are homeless
    • Life Skills Program - offered in both shelters to persons with mental health issues who have difficulty coping with day-to-day problems and to assist with transition when moving back into the community
